All decking we install carries a limited lifetime warranty. That covers the decking material itself, for the life of the product.

Maintenance every 5 years

Have the deck properly maintained every 5 years and it's guaranteed for life. That service is a pressure wash, a stain and a fresh seal — Protech does it.

Not sure where your deck stands? Protech offers free deck inspections across South Mobile County and a straight, written report on what is safe and what is not.

Keep up
the maintenance.

Gulf humidity, algae and UV break a wood deck down fast. Every five years the deck needs a pressure wash, a stain and a fresh seal. Do that and the decking is guaranteed for life. Skip it and the warranty lapses.

  • Pressure wash — clears the algae and grime that hold moisture against the boards.
  • Stain — puts the colour back and feeds the wood.
  • Seal — shuts out the rain and the salt air.
