Posts mount inside the rim joist and are through-bolted with ½-inch galvanized carriage bolts, structural tension ties and blocking. Not just lag screws.
Polymer-coated deck screws built for salt air hold the decking down, instead of plain nails that back out and rust.
Stringers are fastened with heavy-duty structural hangers and connectors, never toenails, so stairs stay solid under foot traffic.
All decking we install carries a limited lifetime warranty. Have it properly maintained every 5 years and it's guaranteed for life.
